Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns & Exceptions

We accept returns provided the item is in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

However, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the product you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.


European Union Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
  • Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process
